Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on and energetic Human Resources Director, the full-time remote opportunity will manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations, while driving modernization of HR processes across a multistate workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the bi-weekly multistate payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Administer comprehensive benefits programs and lead annual renewal and open enrollment processes
• Manage employee relations and leave management, fostering a positive remote work culture

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and managing multistate payroll and benefits
• Experience in managing a remote or distributed workforce
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
