Job Summary

Supporting day-to-day HR operations, the fully remote Human Resources Generalist will manage employee lifecycle processes, ensure compliance with HR regulations, and serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries while maintaining a focus on responsive, people-centered service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy of documentation
  • Support HR compliance tasks and maintain audit readiness by organizing data and preparing required reports
  • Act as a trusted contact for employee questions, triaging requests and escalating complex issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources with generalist responsibilities
  • Foundational HR certification or active pursuit of certification, or a degree in Human Resources
  • Familiarity with employment law and HR best practices
  • Strong service orientation with the ability to manage a high volume of requests
  • Experience in communicating HR information clearly and empathetically
