Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager responsible for employee relations, performance management, policy management, and absence management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including performance and attendance management
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints and ensure resolution of complex workplace issues
• Review and process leaves and accommodations requests while maintaining compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or four years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of human resources experience with a focus on HR compliance and employee relations
• 3+ years of leadership experience in managing projects or teams
• Professional in Human Resources certification (PHR) preferred
