Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage full lifecycle recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Human Resource-related functions
- Proven experience in the government services industry preferred
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain future government clearance, as applicable
