Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles
- Source candidates through various channels to engage top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring goals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focusing on technical and non-technical roles
- Proven ability to hire for engineering and G&A roles at various levels
- Strong proficiency with Greenhouse and sourcing tools
- Familiarity with technical jargon and ability to evaluate engineering-related requirements
- Experience in an agency setting is preferred but not required
