Qualifications
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focusing on technical and non-technical roles
  • Proven ability to hire for engineering and G&A roles at various levels
  • Strong proficiency with Greenhouse and sourcing tools
  • Familiarity with technical jargon and ability to evaluate engineering-related requirements
  • Experience in an agency setting is preferred but not required
