Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager, Employee Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a personal book of business of approximately 50 - 60 clients, focusing on groups with less than 50 lives
- Provide proactive client service and support to Team Leader and Account Manager(s) as needed
- Prepare renewals and RFPs, summarize vendor responses, and develop client presentations
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS preferred
- 2 - 5+ years of health & welfare experience
- Client-facing experience in the employee benefit industry is a plus
- Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required
- GBA or CEBS Certification is a plus
