Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager, Employee Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a personal book of business of approximately 50 - 60 clients, focusing on groups with less than 50 lives
  • Provide proactive client service and support to Team Leader and Account Manager(s) as needed
  • Prepare renewals and RFPs, summarize vendor responses, and develop client presentations

Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS preferred
  • 2 - 5+ years of health & welfare experience
  • Client-facing experience in the employee benefit industry is a plus
  • Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required
  • GBA or CEBS Certification is a plus
