Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Health Services Officer to lead health services operations for a Medicaid managed care plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Illinois' healthcare needs and benchmarks while representing the health plan to shared services
• Oversee health services operations, including staffing and execution of medical management functions
• Serve as the subject matter expert for health services operations and represent the health plan in regulatory matters

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in medical management leadership roles, particularly in managed care organizations
• 5+ years of Medicaid experience, preferably in Illinois
• Experience with data analytics and reporting for managed care populations
• Strong influencing skills and experience presenting to executive-level audiences
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and collaboration across departments
