Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist to join their interdisciplinary care team and support mental health initiatives in schools.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide mental health assessments and teletherapy to PreK-12 students and school staff
- Participate in case discussions and support transitions to community care providers
- Build collaborative relationships with school leadership, staff, students, and families
Required Qualifications
- Active license in Illinois to deliver mental health care (LCSW, LCPC, PhD/PsyD, etc.)
- Experience with CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, and/or motivational interviewing
- Experience delivering mental health services to children and youth via telehealth
- Access to reliable, high-speed internet
- Ability to provide effective care to children and adults, including crisis management
