A company is looking for a Digital Reporter - Illinois Notary.
Key Responsibilities
- Host Zoom calls for clients, welcoming them and addressing questions related to the service
- Troubleshoot technical issues on Zoom for attendees
- Swear in witnesses and manage procedural requirements during legal proceedings
Required Qualifications
- Active Notary Public license in specified states
- Strong internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
- Video-enabled computer with reliable software access
- Part-time availability between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- Familiarity with Zoom
