Job Summary
Managing and executing the implementation of operational processes and client solutions, the full-time remote Implementation Analyst Manager will oversee project planning, client onboarding, and process optimization while collaborating with various departments to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation while identifying project dependencies and critical paths
- Create end-to-end implementation of operating guidelines and workflows, ensuring operational readiness for various teams and conducting post-implementation reviews
- Document and validate business requirements, analyze data sets, and assist in developing reports and dashboards using SQL and Excel
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in financial services, life insurance, annuity, TPA operations, or implementation roles
- Familiarity with life and annuity products and strong understanding of third-party administration functions and compliance requirements
- Experience with policy administration systems such as LifePRO, ALIP, or DXC
- Strong skills in data analysis, Excel, and reconciliation techniques
