Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Implementation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead customer workshops and stakeholder management for payroll implementations
  • Compile payroll blueprints, configure systems, and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Migrate data accurately, conduct functionality testing, and provide customer support

Required Qualifications:
  • Full knowledge of payroll and HR legislation, including African country expertise
  • 7 to 12 years' experience in a similar role with advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with accounting principles and project management
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis techniques
  • Strong analytical abilities and innovative mindset
