Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Implementation Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer workshops and stakeholder management for payroll implementations
- Compile payroll blueprints, configure systems, and manage stakeholder relationships
- Migrate data accurately, conduct functionality testing, and provide customer support
Required Qualifications:
- Full knowledge of payroll and HR legislation, including African country expertise
- 7 to 12 years' experience in a similar role with advanced Excel skills
- Experience with accounting principles and project management
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis techniques
- Strong analytical abilities and innovative mindset
