Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant - Safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between clients and the company, ensuring client satisfaction with software and services
- Follow the Implementation Methodology for project management and address timeline issues
- Guide clients in configuring software to meet business requirements and conduct tailored training sessions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- Graduate degree in occupational health & safety, industrial hygiene, business administration, computer science, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of software implementation experience
- Industry experience in safety, medical, environmental, or industrial hygiene preferred
- Professional designation (CIH, CSP, CSRP, COHN) is an asset
- Comprehensive knowledge of system implementation life cycles and project management methodologies
