Implementation Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Director to lead projects for system development and testing for Channel Partner implementation clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure project success through risk assessment, status communication, and timeline management
• Lead implementation meetings, manage system configuration, and facilitate custom development work
• Act as a mentor for the Channel Partner team and assist with client inquiries and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in account management
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Experience in benefits administration system technology, payroll, or HRIS
• Current or previous experience with benefits and open enrollment processes
