Job Summary

A company is looking for an SMB Implementation Manager for the New Trades team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers during a 6-8 week implementation program
  • Prepare and manage project management materials while keeping customers on track for go-live
  • Conduct live sessions with customers and troubleshoot software and hardware issues

Required Qualifications
  • At least 2+ years of relevant experience or knowledge in the Home Service industry
  • Experience in troubleshooting software issues
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Strong customer relationship skills with a focus on excellent service
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models is a plus
