Job Summary
A company is looking for an SMB Implementation Manager for the New Trades team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for customers during a 6-8 week implementation program
- Prepare and manage project management materials while keeping customers on track for go-live
- Conduct live sessions with customers and troubleshoot software and hardware issues
Required Qualifications
- At least 2+ years of relevant experience or knowledge in the Home Service industry
- Experience in troubleshooting software issues
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong customer relationship skills with a focus on excellent service
- Familiarity with SaaS business models is a plus
