Configure or modify core operational setups for clients
Manage workflows and conduct configuration testing for new customer launches
Establish data integrations and support new project administrative tasks

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years experience in project management, healthcare IT, or software implementation
Familiarity with flat file data exchange and SFTP setups
Proficiency with project management tools like Asana and JIRA, Google Workspace, and Slack
Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments
