Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist I to support the delivery of telecom services.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and complete provisioning of telecom service orders
• Manage assigned queue and process orders according to SLAs and quality standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to address evolving issues and requirements

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
• 2+ years of related experience in a specific area
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Project management experience preferred
• Familiarity with provisioning systems and processes is a plus
