Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to facilitate client transitions to a new SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans for client migrations to ensure timely implementations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality migration services
• Monitor project progress and address challenges proactively during implementations

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or business management, or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in client services, project management, training, or consulting
• Demonstrated technical expertise with experience in systems administration, support, or software programming
• Direct experience in the software/services solutions market, preferably in the real estate industry
• Familiarity with change management principles and processes
