Job Summary
A company is looking for an Incident RCA Leader to drive process changes and responses for effective long-term resolution of incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with incident coordinators to resolve and communicate statuses of live priority incidents
- Coordinate communication between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders during incident responses
- Lead teams through root cause analyses to identify improvements and implement preventive measures
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in incident response management
- 3+ years of experience leading RCA workshops or continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience in the payments industry or financial services sector is a plus
