Infection Prevention Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infection Prevention Clinical Services Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee deadlines, team productivity, and case completion to ensure partner deliverables are met
• Serve as primary point of contact for Client Services and maintain high partner satisfaction
• Participate in process improvement work and discuss quality performance opportunities with partners

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of direct clinical surveillance experience with CIC certification preferred
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office and exposure to EMRs and clinical databases
• Experience providing coaching and guidance to teams preferred
• RN, LPN, RT, RVT, or RCIS credentials preferred
• 1+ years of experience evaluating operating financial metrics preferred
