Information Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Security Engineer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to escalated alerts from the Security Operations Center (SOC) by analyzing problems and mitigating threats
• Manage incident response, including handling incoming alerts and closing security tickets
• Proactively hunt for threats and conduct vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate security issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience, or a High School Diploma with 9 years of experience
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Proven experience in IT operations and security roles
• Hands-on expertise in vulnerability scanning and analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft O365 administration and security configuration
