Information Systems Director
Job Summary
As the technology leader for a remote full-time Associate Director, Information Systems, the successful candidate will manage the strategy and delivery of technology solutions supporting Amgen's Value and Access organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving innovation through cross-functional Agile teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead agile teams in delivering technology solutions that align with business strategy and product vision
- Define and execute the strategic product roadmap, translating business objectives into actionable plans
- Build partnerships with stakeholders to deliver scalable technology solutions and monitor performance metrics
Required qualifications:
- Doctorate degree and 3 years, Master's degree and 7 years, Bachelor's degree and 9 years, Associate's degree and 12 years, or High school diploma/GED and 14 years of Information Systems experience
- A minimum of 3 years' experience directly managing teams or projects
- Experience in enterprise technology products or platforms supporting analytics, pricing, or AI capabilities
- Strong technical understanding of modern data and analytics platforms and cloud-based technology solutions
- Experience working in Agile product organizations using SAFe methodologies
