Job Summary
To establish and advance Site Reliability Engineering practices within an Information Security organization, the remote Infosec Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) will design and implement SLI/SLO frameworks, automate operational processes, and improve system reliability across cloud and on-premises environments.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement SLI/SLO frameworks and manage error budgets
- Develop runbooks and playbooks while integrating PagerDuty and ServiceNow workflows
- Conduct chaos engineering experiments to enhance system resilience and automate operational tasks
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent professional experience will be considered
- 4+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering
- Experience designing and implementing SLI, SLO, SLA, and Error Budget frameworks
- Multi-cloud experience with AWS and Azure
- Proficiency in automation scripting (Python, Bash, Ruby, or similar) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
