Infrastructure Manager I Telecom
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Infrastructure Manager I - Telecom for a remote position in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage enterprise telecom infrastructure and technologies, including relationships with service providers and vendors
- Provide support for troubleshooting and resolving telecom, network, server, and connectivity issues
- Oversee office IT solutions, monitor Infrastructure MSP responsiveness, and provide technical support as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, management information systems, or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of IT experience, preferably in contact center or telecom support space
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- MCSA or Windows 10 (MD-100) (MD-101) or CompTIA A+ certification
