Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inpatient Care Management Nurse RN - Remote in EST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform initial and concurrent review of inpatient cases using evidence-based criteria
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and manage care plans
- Facilitate timely care and effective discharge planning while ensuring compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted RN license in state of residence
- 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in acute or long-term care settings
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Suite and clinical platforms
- Designated workspace with secure high-speed internet access
- Permanent residence in Eastern or Central Standard Time zones
