Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Consultant to join their Customer Experience Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service with a warm and friendly approach
- Follow sales scripts and compliance policies while showcasing product knowledge
- Build strong relationships with customers and promote brand loyalty through cross-selling and upselling
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound B2C sales with a track record of closing deals
- Ability to work remotely and stay focused in a home environment
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency with technology
- Positive and professional attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Experience with using a computer (PC or MAC) and broadband internet with minimum specifications
