Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Inside Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and develop a high-performing team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs)
- Monitor team performance and implement process improvements to enhance productivity
- Provide regular forecasts and updates to the National Director on team performance and opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of sales team management experience
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Technologically savvy with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
