Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Inside Sales to lead the onboarding specialists within their Customer Success and Experience team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a team responsible for onboarding new customers and maximizing their initial value
- Drive processes to successfully motivate late-stage prospects to sign up
- Manage and report on individual and team KPIs and achievements
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in sales development, customer onboarding, or customer success
- Proven ability to develop processes and teach others through training or product demonstrations
- Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategy and performance
- Exposure to SaaS, digital marketing, or other technical solutions
- Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
