Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Inside Sales to lead the onboarding specialists within their Customer Success and Experience team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a team responsible for onboarding new customers and maximizing their initial value
  • Drive processes to successfully motivate late-stage prospects to sign up
  • Manage and report on individual and team KPIs and achievements

Required Qualifications and Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in sales development, customer onboarding, or customer success
  • Proven ability to develop processes and teach others through training or product demonstrations
  • Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategy and performance
  • Exposure to SaaS, digital marketing, or other technical solutions
  • Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
