Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Rep (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify incoming sales leads and enroll customers in appropriate products/services
• Maintain complete records of customer interactions and processes in the company's systems
• Engage in outbound calls to retain and upgrade accounts, ensuring a positive customer experience

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma with 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or telemarketing
• Experience in a customer service call center environment
• Proficiency in business/office tools such as CRM and Microsoft Office products
• Ability to effectively use sales techniques, including prospecting and objection handling
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
