Job Summary
To drive revenue growth, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will prospect for qualified leads through cold calls and emails, maintain accurate records, and support team initiatives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect via phone and email to obtain qualified leads, consistently meeting performance benchmarks for calls and meetings
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities for reporting and pipeline management
- Assist leadership with special projects and participate in training sessions to enhance skills and team efficiency
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
- Highly organized with excellent time management abilities
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in sales
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
