Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will prospect for qualified leads through cold calls and emails, manage client interactions, and support team initiatives while meeting performance benchmarks for calls and meetings scheduled.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and cold-call to obtain qualified leads, consistently meeting performance benchmarks for outbound calls and meeting scheduling
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities to ensure data integrity for reporting and pipeline management
- Assist leadership and team members with special projects and participate in internal meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and team efficiency
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Experience with cold calling and handling objections
- Highly organized with excellent time management abilities
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in sales
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
