Job Summary
A company is looking for a Part Time Inside Sales Specialist to convert leads into booked appointments and provide exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize a consultative sales process to convert telephone, text, and web leads
- Build and nurture relationships with potential guests through various communication channels
- Achieve targeted lead-to-consult conversion ratios and maintain key performance indicators
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of recent customer service experience
- A quiet, private, distraction-free work environment
- Ability to work within the hours of 8am-9pm EST from anywhere in the United States
- Experience with CRM and Lead-Management systems favored, but not required
