To support a rapidly growing personal brand, the remote Instagram Copywriter will create engaging scripts for reels, carousels, and stories aimed at producing viral content that enhances follower growth and drives engagement for an 8-figure online education business.

Key responsibilities

• Write scripts for Instagram content, including reels and stories, focusing on hooks, body, and calls to action
• Analyze and reverse-engineer viral posts to develop scripts that align with the brand's voice and goals
• Collaborate with the content team to achieve measurable goals related to view counts and follower growth

Required qualifications

• Proven experience writing scripts or copy for a personal brand or creator account that has achieved viral success
• Demonstrated ability to grow an Instagram account significantly or produce highly viral individual posts
• Strong capability to match and adapt to different voices and styles in writing
• Deep understanding of Instagram dynamics and trends, particularly in the context of engagement and retention
• Familiarity with influencers in adjacent spaces and insights into their successful strategies
