Installer Network Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Installer Network Manager to lead efforts in growing and engaging their installer network.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team lead to develop and manage the network's marketing plan
- Launch, test, and refine online and offline marketing channels to grow the network
- Assist installers with onboarding and training, and develop initiatives to maintain installer satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
- Experience in various marketing disciplines and adaptability across channels and strategies
- Background in home services, residential construction, or working with contractors
- Comfortable with technology, including Salesforce, Slack, and G-Suite
- Ability to engage effectively with diverse groups and build rapport quickly
- Comfortable with ambiguity and solving new problems
