Job Summary
A company is looking for an experienced and creative Instructional Designer to join its Product Training team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop instructional content, including videos, virtual training, eLearning modules, and job aids
- Facilitate engaging training sessions tailored to diverse learner needs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze needs and translate complex concepts into clear instruction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience developing instructional content and facilitating training sessions
- Experience in a SaaS company is preferred
