Job Summary
A company is looking for an Instructional Designer - Training Curriculum Developer.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop instructor-led and on-the-job training for apprenticeships
- Perform detailed task analysis for job functions and business processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective training materials
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in developing technical training
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Experience with SCADA or related technical training
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
