Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate enterprise-wide learning solutions
• Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to create learning paths and curriculum content
• Lead projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives

Required Qualifications and Education

• 3+ years of instructional design experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design models
• Experience with multimedia authoring and learning management systems
• Strong project management skills in a matrixed environment
