Instructional Production Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Production Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of courses, executing administrative, technical, and production tasks for course development
• Provide technical support to Instructional Designers, Instructors, and other team members while ensuring compliance with accessibility and quality standards
• Coordinate course materials, manage electronic library resource requests, and collaborate with various teams to support online course production

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Vocational Training plus two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Intermediate level of technology and web production skills, including proficiency in HTML
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suites
• Familiarity with learning management systems, such as Canvas, is a plus
• Willingness to learn new and emerging technologies
