Instructional Systems Designer
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Instructional Systems Designer, Course Developer to support the design and development of eLearning products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with customers on innovative training solutions and curriculum development
- Create asynchronous and synchronous instruction for a distributed learning environment
- Develop course materials and conduct product testing and maintenance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with up to 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience designing and developing multimedia training solutions using Articulate Storyline
- Familiarity with all phases of the ADDIE process
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance Suitability through the FAA
- Experience working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
