Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Agent to assist customers with their insurance needs in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume inbound calls to assist customers with their insurance needs
  • Educate customers about coverage options and available products
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance their experience
Required Qualifications
  • Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is encouraged for specific positions
  • Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
  • Must have a designated workspace and high-speed internet access
