Job Summary
A company is looking for a Collections Agent - Insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make a minimum of 80 outbound/inbound calls
- Negotiate payment in full or secure a payment arrangement
- Collaborate with Client Support Representatives to resolve disputes
Required Qualifications:
- Prior collections experience is preferred
- Prior call center experience is a plus
- Aptitude for technology
- Skilled in negotiations
- Ability to multi-task
