Job Summary
A company is looking for an Insurance Counsel to join their legal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal support on insurance-related issues and assist with state expansion research
- Review marketing campaigns for legal compliance and analyze relevant legislation
- Draft memos on new regulations and provide advice on regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications
- JD and undergraduate degrees with superior academic credentials
- Admitted to practice in any U.S. state, with preference for Florida, Texas, Louisiana, or California
- 3-7 years of experience in insurance law or marketing, preferably in a law firm or insurance company
- Ability to manage relationships with internal leaders and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in technology and comfortable working with tech leaders
