Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Filing Clerk to manage filings and documentation related to surplus lines and RPG across all states.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete surplus lines submissions into the InsCipher system accurately and on time
  • Reconcile surplus filing data batches and invoices, and assist with audits
  • Investigate and resolve issues during filing, reconciliation, or payment processes independently

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required
  • 6+ months experience filing surplus lines transactions to state authorities or a valid P&C insurance license with 8+ months of CSR experience
  • 6+ months computerized data entry experience required
  • Work experience in administration or accounting preferred
  • Experience using Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
