A company is looking for an Insurance Operations Associate to optimize internal systems and processes within the insurance product department.

Key Responsibilities

• Review new vendor products and integrate them with existing processes
• Perform investigations and root cause analysis of policy administration outcomes
• Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to document and ensure processes function as expected

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance product experience
• Familiarity with insurance policy administration and claims
• Experience with Home and Auto Insurance preferred
• Prior experience working directly with technology teams
• Knowledge of insurance operations practices related to new product changes
