Insurance Service Specialist - OH Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Service Specialist to manage policyholder service requests and promote insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and facilitate insured's service requests while identifying sales opportunities
• Counsel policyholders on coverage options, policy limits, and payment methods
• Review and update policies to enhance retention and meet consumer needs

Required Qualifications and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience in an insurance environment
• Active Property and Casualty License or Personal Lines License
• Membership license required or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
• Call Center experience preferred
