Job Summary

Responsible for the collection and resolution of outstanding insurance receivables, the full-time remote Insurance Services Representative I will manage unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims while effectively handling a high volume of claims communication.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and resolve outstanding insurance receivables, including unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims
• Communicate effectively with clients and insurance companies to address claim issues
• Handle a high volume of claims while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in processing

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer and keyboarding skills
• Prior experience in healthcare billing or insurance preferred
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience with EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory systems is a plus
