Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Full Time Insurance Verification Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiates benefit verification for patients and contacts insurance carriers for eligibility
  • Provides accurate time of service estimates for patient procedures and verifies data entry accuracy
  • Identifies and investigates patient information inaccuracies to resolve issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum of one year of experience in insurance verification and benefits, preferably in healthcare
  • Proficient speed and accuracy with data entry
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
  • Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent (GED); continuing education preferred
