Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound referrals by entering data and notifying team members
- Complete insurance verifications for durable medical equipment
- Answer calls from patients and providers with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare startup is a plus
- Experience in insurance verification preferred
- Experience in medical record management or collection preferred
- Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets)
- Teamwork/collaborative attitude is a must
