Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist to provide exceptional service as the first point of contact for potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and address client inquiries with empathy and professionalism
  • Collect detailed information from clients and document call details accurately
  • Follow call scripts and protocols to ensure consistency and quality in service

Required Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Recent graduates or candidates with an interest in the legal field are encouraged to apply
  • Call center or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Basic knowledge of legal terminology is a plus, but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software (Salesforce) preferred
