Job Summary
A company is looking for an Integration Services Manager to lead a team of Integration Specialists and oversee integration projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and delivery of integration projects
- Act as an escalation point for support engineers and cross-functional teams
- Coach and develop the team to meet performance targets
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of people management experience
- At least 5 years of experience in systems integration and solution delivery
- Experience with eCommerce, marketplace, shipping, and robotics platform integrations
- Familiarity with ERP and EDI systems
- Experience with GraphQL or similar technologies
