Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Integration Technology Analyst will develop interface specification documents, create file transfer documentation, and assist in troubleshooting while acting as a liaison between developers and project teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop interface specification documents by analyzing application source and destination vendor specifications
  • Create file transfer specification documents in collaboration with technical resources for the Manage File Transfer team
  • Assist in troubleshooting interface issues and support the transition of specifications to code developers
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of applicable job-specific experience
  • 1+ years of Healthcare IT experience or equivalent coursework with a foundational understanding of hospital or clinic operations
  • Familiarity with application integration and data flow between software systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with light supervision
